While Andover’s primary focus is the management of multifamily apartment communities, the company also provides professional management services for condominium associations, homeowners associations (HOAs), office buildings, and office condominium properties. Today, Andover manages more than 800 apartment units along with over 20 association properties, giving the company extensive experience working with both investment property owners and association boards.
